I have two complaints against Agoda, first I booked a hotel with them and when after traveling 8 hours I reached destination, there was no light and under renovation property and closed. Then they make a refund and I found an other hotel. To spend my money from Agoda I booked an other hotel and room was totaly different from Pictures and hotel said we don't work with agoda, I call agoda again and they said we made your booking with our partner. There is huge price difference between the room I booked and the one I received. Agoda is kind of scaming.

UBL has been deducting lakhs of rupees under Zakat scheme from my account in Pakistan which my elderly and retired parents use for daily living. My parents were told Zakat will not be deducted after they provided an affidavit and declaration. The manager also assured them that money will not be deducted. My parents visited the branch on many occasions to confirm this at the Safoora Branch, Karachi. They were misled to believe that their money is safe and now they have lost lakhs of rupees. The staff has not guided them on any reversal process. Please take this into consideration and resolve this issue for my elderly parents. I have also reached out to customer support and not received any updates or guidance regarding this urgent issue.

THEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE TO SUCH CUSTOMER TO ORDER AGAIN AS IT WAS A SYSTEM ISSUE . THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO SEEN MY MSG THEY RE-ORDER THEIR ORDER AND THEN I PROCEED THERE ORDERS. THOSE WHO DID NOT READ MY MSG THEIR ORDER REMAIN CANCEL .
Ok so here I go again..still haven’t received my money from NEST….she is a super rude lady who doesn’t understand anything or want to co operate…so here I am sharing few more screenshots and now I really want to report her page and face the consequences since she is just not ready to listen… it’s been months and weeks now still haven’t received my money…kindly help me everyone.
