I AM SELLER ON DARAZ PLATFORM SINCE 5 YEARS . I WAS RUNNING MY DARAZ STORE NAME "SONU MART " . MY STORE WAS GENERATING GOOD REVENUE . NOW MY SHOP HAS BEEN PERMANENTLY DESISTED DUE TO 3 STRIKE POLICY . FIRSTLY I WILL SAY IT TOTALLY UNFAIR WITH ME BECAUSE THERE WAS A BIG ISSUE WITH MY SELLER CENTER THAT MY ORDER IN PENDING LIST AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL AFTER IN SOME MINTS . WHEN I WAS CHECK IT CANCELLATION REASON SYSTEM SHOWS " SELLER CANCELLATION " . WHILE MY PRODUCTS WERE PHYSICALLY WELL IN STOCK . THEN I LEAVE A MESSAGE TO SUCH CUSTOMER TO ORDER AGAIN AS IT WAS A SYSTEM ISSUE . THOSE CUSTOMERS WHO SEEN MY MSG THEY RE-ORDER THEIR ORDER AND THEN I PROCEED THERE ORDERS. THOSE WHO DID NOT READ MY MSG THEIR ORDER REMAIN CANCEL .

I’m very sorry to hear that StreamingPro+ didn’t live up to your expectations. We do our work with pride, and it’s always our intention to provide every customer the best experience possible.

We’ve taken a serious look into the matter and discovered that our servers were inaccessible for a long time. This was our fault, and we accept full responsibility.

To fix our mistake, we’d like to offer a full refund as a token of our regret for the inconvenience this has caused you. You should see the total amount returned to your bank account in a couple of days.
